This is my journey! The way that I made it where I am today was because I am not alone. This journey to the University of Missouri-Columbia was not a simple walk but yet a changeling and rewarding hike! At first I came here to major in photojournalism but sitting in that j1010 class I was not connected to the journalistic apsects of the path I had chosen! Which sent me on a quest to figure out why was majoring in journalism. And the answer was it was purely for my photography. And I had already felt a disconnect because I was trying to find ways in how I was going to intertwine my other passion of working with kiddies. So I had to figure out which career path would allow me to have the best of both worlds, working with my photography and kiddos and then I knew that I needed, had to, craved, longed to be an art teacher. Now I am here in one of the best artist teacher programs and I know its where I belong!
