I must say waking up and speaking that today will be a better day, kick started a ripple effect of positivity. Friday was truly a blessed day. I started the day preparing for field and picked up my friend Chuting and we headed to the school. We walk in, sign in at the office and headed over to art classroom which we walked into beautiful smiling faces (and yes Kate I'm talking about you too). Today our host teacher housed three field students and her students teacher and our host teacher was pleased. She had already prepared a to do list of fun activities for us to do. So we got to work and completed the tasks. I must say I truly appreciate how our host teacher and student teacher utilizes us. I got a lot of first hand experience this day on how to tackle jobs that needed to be done all while still meeting the needs of your students. Some might call this the many hats act. Also during this time our host teach whipped out and array of lesson and shared them with us! This lady truly loves what she does and takes joy in teaching us, her preservice students tricks of the trade!
